Rebekah is a career communicator with vast experience in strategizing and executing old and new media marketing,outreach,and public relations campaigns. Rebekah is an award winning journalist with a Masters in Communication and a dual concentration in Public and Media Relations and Digital and Social Communication.

Joe Woodward

Owner/Managing Partner

As a Marine Officer, Joe learned success came when he was able to bring out the best in those around him.  It was his time in the military and government service where he learned people make the mission happen.   As a PMP, effective communicator and campaign planner, Joe leads Ground Truth in leveraging his military, government and industry experience in support of our clients and partners.
